How do I get started with my exercise program?

Here is a series of 4 exercises that will strengthen your core and get you moving!

First take your 20 minute walk and then do two rounds of the 4 exercises.

30 seconds each…two rounds!

shoulder tap

full body extension…(come up on your toes)

knee to elbow

jumping jacks (an old time favorite)

  1. Great idea Mary! I love it and it’s very do-able. I finally got the treadmill out this morning and will add this to tomorrow’s “walk”! And I agree, You Rock and so does George!
